- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients are in need of virus and malware removal. I also change out alot of networking cards. General cleaning of files. I setup new computer systems for my clients and I also set up wireless networks. Replace hardware and reinstall and set up new operating systems. Web page building for local businesses is a small portion of what I can do also. I make housecalls and I can fix your computer remotely if you are able to connect to the internet properly. Basically any software or hardware issues, I can troubleshoot the problem and give you a diagnosis that will either solve the issue or I will give you the information to get it fixed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I do quality work and I don't tell you something is wrong that is not wrong. I will either fix your computer or steer you in the right direction in getting it fixed or buying a new one.
