He has done multiple projects that we have been very happy with from building & painting a fence, replacing a rotten door frame, building a rock walkway, & more. We will definitely be contacting him in the future for any other projects that arise. We will be recommending him to our neighbors & friends

I hired Jonathan to install a flush mount ceiling light and repair a garbage disposal. I asked him for a quote to also install less than 50sq ft of kitchen backsplash. He took 30 minutes to “dream up” a bid which was $625 and kept referencing Angie’s List and how they would charge me $1000. His Thumbtack website clearly states he charges $55 for the other handyman jobs which I needed done (install light and repair garbage disposal). It took him 30 minutes to install the light (ridiculous, as I even had it out of the box and ready to go). He left a mess of the floor. I even found a screw in the floor and he didn’t even turn the breaker back on in the electrical box. The garbage disposal basically had a loose wire. To quote Jonathan, “I had to juggle some wires”. I asked what I owed for less than 60 minutes of work and he said $325!!!!!! He said he charges $55 for a quote and that he gave me a break. I would NEVER pay someone for an estimate!!!! TOTAL scam artist and not licensed in the State of Florida. I would NOT recommend EVER!!!!! RUN the other direction and hire a professional! 🤬😡😡

Shelly quit harassing my thumbtack reputation I gave you the price before I started your work and you went ahead with it you allowed me to perform my duties with my professional skills and I had no problem fixing and installing the projects that you had set before me now that you are trying to give me a bad reputation I will be giving this report to somebody that can assess it further for me you knew the price before I started hire someone else if you don't want to pay the price you do not allow somebody to perform duties and then not pay them when they're finished
