I haven't had the physical work done yet, but the representative, Matthew, was absolutely knowledgeable of all aspects of roofing. At first I thought what does this 'young' person know about roofing, but answered all my questions before I even asked. He was respectful, humorous, personal to a degree (which I appreciated), and did not 'put down' the competition but encouraged me to talk with other companies.
Now, the proof is in the pudding so to speak, and let Matthew prove that his knowledge and words are going to make me spread the word that the roofing (and siding) work is worth every penny spent and I have dealt with an honest and reliable company just like Matthew told me.
