Introduction: I spend a significant amount of time getting to know my clients so that I am able to effectively assess their needs and desires for their space. Many of my clients do not have any idea of what they want or are trying to accomplish within their spaces, by building a relationship and really listening to them, I successful in creating rooms they love. I enjoy helping my clients mature in their own designing abilities. The best compliments I receive from clients is "I would have never thought to do that, but I love it!". I feel my clients hire me to do something they are unable to do and I love when they are surprised by the outcome.

When I moved into my new home I knew I wanted only the best decorator my money could buy. Kate Varn was that decorator. Kate decorated my whole house and it is absolutely beautiful. After meeting with Kate she understood my wants, and needs. I wanted an updated and timeless design. Kate Varn and Posh Perspectives accomplished just that. Everyone that comes in my home is amazed. It has the look and feel of a designer home while being homey and comfortable. The entire house flows and I am extremely happy with the job she did. Her prices were also a perfect fit for my budget! Kate has decorated several rooms in my home, I'm always amazed at her eye for detail. She sees to every detail. She will ask exactly what your tastes are & add things that I thought would never look good together & it all flows so perfectly. I will continue to use her services. she is always so personable.

Kate did an outstanding job decorating both my boys nursery's. She was extremely professional, always on time and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Kate's taste is impeccable and I will absolutely use her the next time I need a room decorated. I also have recommended her to anyone I know that is on the hunt for a professional and reasonably priced decorator!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Meet with the designer in person. Sometimes even the elite designers will not mesh with your personality. In designing, it is very important to have a relationship with one another. It is almost impossible to be successful if the designer and client have different personalities. Communication is key.
