- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- I apply a travel fee to clients who live further than a 19-mile radius of 30024 area code. - Decluttering in addition to organizing is $40/hr ** I offer a 15% off discount for every accepted proposal referral **
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) In-home Evaluation -which is a walkthrough to get a generalization for the client's space and “problem” areas. OR Over the phone Evaluation- a series of questions to understand what needs to be done. May result in the client sending a photo of the area(s) 2) Design a plan to determine a plan that best suits the clients objective. 3)Share my solution with the client before beginning the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I do not currently hold a Certification of Organization. I have experience organizing closets, garages, bedrooms and organizing furniture for move-ins and out's.
