- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer four flexible training packages: 8, 12, 16, or 20 sessions. The more sessions you book, the more you save—each package is priced to reward consistency and commitment with greater discounts at higher session counts. This allows clients to choose what fits their goals and budget best while still receiving high-quality, personalized training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone consultation to learn more about your goals, fitness background, and any important details that help me understand how to support you best. From there, I schedule a free trial session and in-person consultation to assess your current fitness level, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and make sure we’re a good fit to work together. This process helps ensure I create a program that’s tailored specifically to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), and I’ve been actively training clients since 2018. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work under experienced trainers and gain hands-on experience in different fitness environments. I’ve worked at three different gyms, which helped me sharpen my skills and expand my knowledge in training a wide range of clients with diverse goals.
