FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With a recent life event change, I am only available to work with clients in their own home or apartment gym (mobile training), as I now work full time days. We need only a small space, so don't let that deter you! I'll bring equipment and "toys" to your sessions if you don't have any at your location. We can also do outside workouts in a park or elsewhere.....we will be as creative as necessary! My pricing includes my travel time, gas, etc. Very reasonable, considering you are hiring a certified professional!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, assessment of abilities, health, any previous injuries, any stressors that may present a client unusual challenges in keeping to "the plan." I design my workouts to relieve stress, to improve movement for daily tasks and to help reach those goals we've set together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several certifications. I started out as a CPT (certified personal trainer), earned a certification in advanced training, then certs in Lifestyle Fitness Coaching. I am also a certified Life Coach, which helps when connections with your clients reveal other areas that affect health and wellness.
