- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the building and the time it takes to properly clean the building properly. Allot of the offices that we clean are serviced 5-6 nights a week. Those jobs have a daily price lower than a building cleaned 1 time per week. The reason is when we are cleaning 5 days a week, it doesn't take as long because we are there everyday. A building that is 3000-5500 square feet that is cleaned once per week is roughly 75.00 per cleaning or $325.00 a month. All other buildings must be looked at to give an accurate quote. We don't have anything to hide so the $325.00 per month is the smallest job we will perform because of our current work load.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our customers plenty of local references that they can call before we come out to give our FREE quote. We bring our insurance and company license information to give to each potential customer and we deliver a firm, accurate quote before we leave the premise that will give the potential customer enough information to make an informative decision based on our background and experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained with current Green Cleaning products and are licensed to know how to keep cross contamination to 0% Percent and airborne germs at an absolute minimum. Our people are trained and tested yearly on what chemicals cannot be mixed with certain cleaning agents that could possibly be harmful if mixed or used improperly. All employees must pass the ProClean Safe Cleaning exam before they can go on a customer's jobsite. During the The first year, all new employees work with myself or another family member to insure that they understand the Georgia Clean Team method of safe cleaning practices.
