FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have bills, kids, home, vehicles, and grocery bills just like everyone else. So, Please just ask if we can take payments over months or if we can do it now and pay in a few payments. We also take credit cards and we work with everyone. I have over 86 customers that every year we do all the work on there homes there rentals, and there landscapes. We know things creep up and we will never leave you stranded over money, just work with us and we will do all that we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just listening and hearing all the things that they need out of what they are doing. To always get all the information I can so that I can suggest the ideas that I know to work the best for what they need for the best price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to have a builders license up till the market crashed and I unfortunately got very sick and had to have surgeries and treatment. I have since re-filed and will be taking the test and filing all the other info this year. I have over 26 years experience in building renovations first working with a company in Buckhead remodeling old homes in Peachtree Battle and West Paces Drive. Including Cox Chambers And the Governor Mansion. Then working for a commercial Developer for 2 years building high Rises. Then came back to Residential developing neighborhoods and found that I like taking my time and problem solving was my specialty. So I bought out my old Bosses company and have ran my own business for 20 years. I have several hours in residential electric and Plumbing. And worked for my old Boss who was a Architect and a engineer.
