I believe they corrected my radon problem. They were very professional and efficient. They left my basement clean, and their work is of obvious quality. I highly recommend.Oct 30, 2019Verified

Mold Inspection and Removal
Testing for mold in our finished basement. James arrived early with everything needed to get the job done. Performed the tests, explained possible contributors to mold and simple preventative measures. He even checked for carbon monoxide when he saw a potential problem with our furnace and hot water heater exhaust piping. I should have asked more questions before scheduling to ensure I knew what the costs would be based upon how many samples were taken and overall what the process was like. I was attempting to get mold testing done as rapidly as possible, which James was great at. Actual results took longer than I expected, but we were pleased overall.Jul 28, 2016VerifiedElite Inspections of GA's reply
Thanks for taking the time to provide a review. I spoke to the lab and they said they had a power outage that week. Sorry for the delay.
I needed a mold inspection fast! James did a great job and went the extra mile for me! I'll call him first next time! He did an outstanding job!Aug 24, 2016Verified
James Farley, one of three contractors considered, gave me a thorough explanation of the installation process, his price quote which did not change and his expectations to reducing Radon levels below the EPA standard. His work produced the results promised and a contractor who cleans up after the job completed. The latter isn't always done! ✅Feb 12, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We mitigation and test for radon everyday. We know what it takes to get the job done. We provide a price to fix the home and do not nickle and dime our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We walk the property with them and decide the best location for the system. On the day of the installation we decide the best location for suction points be conducting advanced diagnostics. Some companies draw out the floor plan and put dots on a it. Then they hand that off to a crew that drill holes a run pipe. We always have a radon professional onsite and we design our systems based on result of diagnostics. Our system are extremely effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I have completed 184 continuing education hours this year. I have completed the courses, passed exams to become a Certified Member of the National Radon Proficiency Program as a Radom Measurement and Mitigation provider.
