- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for our booth varies depending on the number of hours for the event. Everything is included in our pricing, with the exception of travel outside of the Atlanta area and a green screen backdrop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with customers online, by phone or face to face. We have an up to date website that answers most questions and gives detailed information. We attempt to speak with the customer as soon as possible to be sure that we all understand what the request is and how we can provide the perfect service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John Rigg has more than 35 years as an event photographer/graphic arts and Judy Gilbert has more than 32 years experience in the business world. John has worked with private schools, karate schools, dance schools and sports teams. Together they have worked with weddings, holiday parties, Santa photo shoots, Father/Daughter dances, and birthday parties.
