Once again Michael's Plumbing has saved the day ! I recently had a kitchen faucet mess up to where I had to turn the hot side off since it was just running water. They came, they saw, and gave me choices. The choices were to put in a new faucet, try to fix this one or since the faucet has a lifetime warranty, have the manufacturer send me the parts. Then the choice was they could come back and install them or since they know were pretty handy that we could try to do it ourselves and if we got stuck they would come back and do it. Well I got the parts and we were able to do it. They even followed up with a phone call to check on us. It is AMAZING to deal with a company like this, no hard sell and no pressure. I wanted to save my money for a bathroom redo were I know there is going to be problems and have them come back for that. I was almost sure we could do the faucet but knowing they were only a phone call away to fix what we may have messed up is great. I can't say enough about this business, but I'm glad your here.Rita Kramer

I used Michael's Plumbing at my mother's 40 yr. old home. The stems had worn down on the bathtub faucet and needed to be replaced. Michael's came out and had replaced them all the while keeping noise and wall debris to a minimum. Very dependable, on time, knowledgeable of the job scope, courteous and friendly, and a price that was lower than other quotes I had looked into. I recommend them all the time when my friends need a plumber. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $59.95 Service Fee for the diagnosis plus repairs. This fee is waived for our Home Care Club members. We also offer a Price Match Guarantee so that our customers know they are getting the best price with the best service available!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calls are answered 7 days a week 24 hours a day. After business hours our answering service can schedule calls during normal business hours or dispatch our on-call tech for emergency calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Georgia Plumber is a licensed and insured plumbing contractor in Georgia and Florida.
