- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In recent years, I have studied Salesforce, learning the administrator and developer roles. Currently, I have been studying online, attending webinars and talking with people in the field, to learn more about social media, and it's amazing role in selling. The world moves pretty fast, and we must all make a point of staying current with trends in our fields.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk with them about your opportunity to make sure they have a good sense of what you are trying to do, and where you want to go.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My career started as a graduate with a degree in Management. My path first took a turn into inside sales and customer service, then into accounting, finance and treasury management. Stints as IT administrator, facilities management, and sales consulting have rounded out my skills, and led me to this point.
