- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I had over 20 reviews on here, a back ground check, I ve been in business for 11 yrs.The more thumbtack changes to line their pockets and not the pro, the less leads I got. 3 in the past 4 months. When I asked an associate what I could do to get more leads she said to explain on my page a project I had completed. Excuse me? I do not expose my clients I am a pet sitter...Projects?!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thumb Tack is new every year. I spent hours on the phone with them in explaining pet sitting, grooming. walking, house sitting to no avail!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 yrs experience in the animal industry. Its a sad world when an unchecked business license is used to collect tax monies and has nothing to do with the business at hand. Why ppl hire with this document and no experience or common sense !!
