I evaluate effort and set up a monthly cost based on your budget and needs. I aim to keep my prices affordable and reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first chat with you online or on the phone. I then take a look at your business and evaluate what can be improved. Then I send you an estimate. Once the estimate is approved, I take payment and begin work. Working relationships require trust, so I work closely with you to ensure that everything is what you want. Most clients eventually want monthly reports and appreciate a hands-off approach, but I work with any personality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in digital marketing for over 10 years, but I was originally a software dev in a former life!
