- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on how many pieces and the number of colors, locations or stitch count in the design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally everything can be done over the internet. You send us the design electronically and we order the products to be decorated. We normally have about a 10 day turnaround time unless it's a rush. We use paypal and send your items UPS directly to your door. We also guarantee our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute), AMA (American Marketing Associaton), SPPA (Sunbelt Promotional Products Assoc.), Columbus Chamber of Commerce among others. And we are very involved in continuing education classes and programs offered by these groups that relate specifically to our industry.
