Hired on Thumbtack

Found Sams Electric on Thumbtack. Jonathan Davis came out and gave me an estimate on some basic electric repairs. He came out three days later and did a great job. Prompt, efficient, reasonable and friendly...would definitely recommend to others.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Working with new customers is the same as working with current customers. The amount of service and quality remains the same for life. When a new customer calls us and we set a time to meet, I usually ask questions about the project as well as a few personal questions to build a relationship with the person. My goal in meeting a new customer is to make a new friend and life long customer.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with home builders to homeowners. Each customer will get the same respect, quality and attention they deserve.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions, and ask as many as you can think of. A professional will be more than happy to answer any and all questions. After all, this is YOUR home we are working in.
