Due to the rain and incliment weather conditions. The 50% cash $ was put down, signed contract for work and supplies and Brandon will be in touch to start the service. Will send the before, during and photographs when completed work. Waiting patiently

We received a deposit of 50% to purchase materials. We did discuss the weather before any money was put down. Customer stated they had complete trust in our company. Materials were ordered same day. We held off the weekend due to rain on Saturday and Closed Sunday. Job was completed Monday and customer was happy. Paid in full and signed one of our job completion certificate/contract. We made sure everything went off without any problems. Sorry to hear she was upset with us for not working in the rain it is a huge liability and we were very open in communication throughout the entire process.

Brandon was very nice. He requested pictures of the broken privacy fence door. He was supposed to come out but called and said he was with his wife at an appt. He said he would be there the next morning and knock 50$ off of his quoted price but I haven’t heard a word-crickets so I contacted someone else
