- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge more for the biweekly due to it usually being more over grown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to communicate very well and make sure we are on the same page with every detail. I look to maintain a well standing relationship with my new customers as well as my older ones.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience. I also worked for Gibbs Landscape for 3 years as a team leader.
