When working with a new customer, I begin with an in-depth consultation to understand their specific needs and expectations. I assess the space to determine the scope of work and provide a clear, upfront quote. After agreeing on the terms, we schedule a cleaning session, ensuring that the customer is aware of what to expect. Following the job, I always check in to ensure the customer is satisfied with the results.
