I’ve scheduled online as requested, (for 3 days before) the pro told me ONLY on the same night before that day that he can’t make it. 🤔😳 He said he doesn’t have time till next week, I said ok, Monday? He said it’s fine. Then requested 50% deposit, I thought he meant before stating the work, so I said once you arrive I can give you 50% cash, meaning on arrival but no, he meant just to secure scheduling, I don’t get it, Why isn’t that advanced payment mentioned in the description / price quote? Isn’t that better? Just be fair, don’t let me find that out later… What guarantees that anyone will actually show up on the time scheduled? And I might or might not have been OK with it if it was mentioned in the description. But since it wasn’t and the first scheduled date was canceled by him (how surprising…) and now I realize “his rules” then I just wasted time when I could’ve scheduled with someone else.

Hello Sharon as mentioned to you before several times is the fact that we require half of the deposit before the service. If I didn’t keep the same rule for everyone it wouldn’t be fair to any of my clients on this platform or off the platform… Considering you booked and never reached out it was hard to determine what type of services to charge you for. If I drive 45 minutes for you not to be there or to cancel last minute I wouldn’t have any type of reimbursement and my time would’ve been wasted. Deposits are very common around all platforms especially small business so in the future don’t be alarmed when someone wants a deposit for their time! 😉☺️
