FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact I try and get a clear idea of what the customer wants or needs. My crew and I try and be as informative and transparent as possible regardless of securing job or not. Our mission is to deliver quality work and a professional experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally, right at 15 years of training and the training never stops, but I am also certified with the PBRA (Professional Bathtub Refinishing Association). I am also apart of several groups/forums that continue my education in this field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a maintenance guy for a property management company for years and I would see that vendors carpet cleaners, resurfaces etc. worked at their own pace and I liked that freedom so to speak. I became a vendor for several years in that industry and later it morphed into residential/commercial.
