- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the project, my fees vary. If you only looking for just a consultation my fee is $150 up to 2 hours at the designated location. Already have everything you need in your home and just need a magic touch, I can also provide you my staging service. This service will only have relocating furniture, arts, giving advises to the clients, deciding on the layout, finding the right style for your home. The staging service fee is $400 for 4 hours work time in our place. This service is much more than just a consultation and additional consultation fee is not required. If you are looking to redesign your home, you may request; furniture selection, art selection, light fixture selection, home design style, layout with 3D Model, paint selection and the specific areas to work on. There will be a set price on the services required. Since every project is unique I would like to price fairly and create a place you will love. For examples; if a family room (up to 300 ft-sq) needs to be resigned with existent furniture but art selection, lay out and the window treatment services required, design fee will start at $500. After the consultation with the detail information, I will provide you the project fee along with the services requested on the budget sheet. You can also hire me as a design consultant. This service is when I work remotely/in field for your space while you are redesigning or remodeling your home, I will be answering your questions via phone, text, email, deciding the right style for your home, giving you ideas, DIY, repurposing existed items, furniture selection etc. After the consultation ($150), this fee is $40 per hour and is required upon requesting. I will work with your budget during any of these services and make sure you get the best deals possible purchasing items or hiring subcontractors.
