- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one on one sessions please see the hourly rate. Most one on ones will be conducted remotely. For small groups 10-15 local corporate trainings and presentations (90 minutes) are usually a flat rate per training or presentation (For Small Businesses, Offices and groups with 15 or less total employees or members) Training and development of a team is an ongoing process so continued training after the 1st introduction is recommended but not required. For larger companies Trainings and Presentations start at $1000 for Introductory Trainings and are thereby based on the companies needs. A travel fee is required based on distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a phone or video conference to assess the need. We will tailor our presentations and training to your needs. Private Sessions are conducted remotely special arrangements can be made to meet in person. For Corporate Training, Whenever possible we like to see the location where the training or presentation will be held in advance. Having a visual helps us plan set-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Communications & Cultural Studies Major who has over 20 Years of Private Business, Personal Consulting and Speaking to large and small groups. Public Speaking: Educated In incorporating who a speaker already is into his or her presentations. Training on how to overcome the fear of speaking, connecting with the audience, formulating a speech and all things Public Speaking. For Corporate Training: 20 years of working in the Call Center Industry both In-House & Remote/Field. My Partner and Husband has 30 years of Field Communications/Technician Experience. Together we specialize in Field Service, In-House and Call Center Training. We work to bring your Field Services, Call Center and In-House Staff to a functioning level then onto a well oiled machine.
