What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest. But I do provide value and I offer competitive pricing for custom sites. No cookie cutter templates, and I guarantee that your site will be as unique as your business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin with a deep dive discovery session if I’ve never worked with the client before. While I prefer to meet face to face, this is not always possible when you help businesses all across the US. My next preference is to do this on a conference call or video call. And if that isn’t convenient then you can complete the assessment/questionnaire that is available on my website.
