First Class Appliance Service was very responsive to my request for a repair on my refrigerator. As soon as I submitted a request through the app, I received a text notification which was followed by a call within minutes. A technician came out the next day to provide a quote and was very professional and did not pressure me. The refrigerator was repaired and I am very pleased with this transaction and it was my first time using Thumbtack. Made me wonder why I had not used it sooner.

First-Class Appliance Service did a great job fixing our washing machine. They showed up when we scheduled (within 24 hours), diagnosed and fixed the washer in a short amount of time. We were back to cleaning clothes right away. Would definitely use them again.
