- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the base price $10 per square foot, what that means? This price is calculate on: 1.- Turf tipe selected. (Lawn, sport, dog run, more) 2.-Process activities. (Condition of the place. (Clean, grade, access, more) 3.-Details of the installation. (Cuts and seamed quantity) 4.-Extra jobs necessary to guarantee the installation. (Drainage) With the area dimensions we obtain the total of square foot. Example: 10'x20'= 200 sqft X $10 = $2,000 Same area with less price 10'x20'= 200 sqft X $9 = $1,800 This price including: 1.-Installation supplies 2.-Turf 3.-Profesional labor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a costumer reach out: 1.-We spoke with the costumer to get all possible information and have a general idea about the project. 2.-We schedule a meeting with the costumer to take the measurements, show to them some turf samples, and to talk about the project and our availability. 3.-Send to them a written formal estimate and a construccion plan. 4.-Send to them a contract of proyect to sign (PRO and costumer) 5.-We do a program to the material deliveries arrive a day before to work and verify all is ready to start.

Experience. I did work in the company Synthetic Turf International: - 2 year, installer position. - 1 years, supervisor position. - 5 years, project manager position. -3 years, project manager position in Lazzy Grass company I have more than 10 years of experience in the business.
