FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, but are usually not the lowest. Our employees are experienced and skilled tradesmen and we like to keep the people we have to deliver great projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will usually speak on the phone to get a feel for the project and see if it feels like a good fit. If so, I will visit the project and gather information about what the customer is wanting to do, how they want it implemented, materials and trim levels desired. We will also discuss options to make the project most cost effective. I will then provide a written estimate to the customer. Once they it has been reviewed, we can discuss any additional items. Once all items have been laid out in the estimate and the customer is happy, we will create a timeline and a date to start work, if so desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I left corporate Project Management to pursue my dream of my own business. 25 Years of project management experience in a fast paced environment has provided myself with the knowledge and experience to oversee and guide any type of project through to successful completion. 5 years of buying, renovating and selling homes for my own business, as well as other investors and homeowners has given me a more direct exposure to the wants and needs of of the house industry itself.
