I attended the Coach to the Player Workshop recently and it was fantastic! The "everything" Disc evalution tool was extremely insightful. I felt, after completing the workshop that I had some of the tools that would help me communicate more effectively with employees, co-workers and others in and outside of my organization. Chris did a great job of walking us through every step! Id highly recommend this workshop.

EMC Security management staff is competent and caring, but we did not always act as a unified team in key decision making. Chris and David helped our team understand improved communication methods, how to structure our team meetings to insure best results. We are now more proficient in our communication, and our key initiative meetings are much more effective. We will be working with Cirrus again in 2014, this time with the entire company and hope to see similar results.

We had a good company. We wanted a great company. We had worked with other organizational coaches before we hired Cirrus. Chris told me we would begin to see tangible differences in a couple of months. I was skeptical, but he was right. Our leadership team has really come together to start working as a unit. We see Cirrus as a critical partner as we continue to grow to help us maintain this momentum.
