- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The discovery call is a must and very important. This call discusses the needs and budget of the event as well as what the client envisions. The expectations of both parties as well as the building of the menu. As we chat it helps me to get a vision and paint a picture for set up and ensuring that everyone is happy. Depending on the event and menu we then set up a tasting to determine if those choices are the best and exactly what the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have completed our discovery call a proposal will be sent for the clients viewing. When the proposal is accepted we set the date bill for the deposit to save the date and take the thinking out of eating for our clients event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu as well as a certified nutritionist.
