- What types of customers have you worked with?
Change bodies and lifestyles. I try to do this with the most realistic approach in mind for the client. If you are a Fitness enthusiast we will make drastic changes and I will start off with high expectations for you. But, if you are new or not conditioned I will take a gradual approach towards helping you reach your goals! It's not necessarily just about how hard you work but how consistent you are!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that your trainer is the right fit! Knowledge is important but if they don't possess the ability to motivate you to walk around the block...BEWARE!!
