Hi Ms.Simone, we are so sorry you feel like that and apologize for any inconvenience. Originally the job consisted of pressure washing the side portion and back porch of the home, correcting the sagging handrail, replacing a few rotted pieces of crown mold and repainting the front porch. When you asked about the ceiling texture we told you it is not a specialty of ours and will not be perfect without scraping and re texturing the majority of the ceiling and then painting it which is more than a couple hundred dollars but you told us it was fine and to do what we can. Upon completion everything was fine and there was no issue, when you called us back out we came at no cost and redid the entire portion we originally textured then proceeded to later refund more than what you originally payed us for the texture job to assure your complete satisfaction. We then later came back out once again to re-caulk the front porch when you texted me with no questions asked but you did not mention any of the trips we came back out at no cost to you in your review of our company or how you thanked us for refunding more than what you payed for the texture job without hesitation, which makes it seem like we did not do everything you asked when you asked to try to complete your satisfaction. Once again our sincere apologies and we wish you the best.
