- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount to active duty military and veterans, police/fire/first responders, and budget based on certain cases of elderly/fixed income (we've done a few jobs free of charge)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to inspect the work to be done, usually the day request is submitted. We provide Insurance and Worker's Comp documentation. and a written quote. Once the quote is submitted, it does not change. If I underbid a job, that's on me! We schedule a date and stick to it. When the work is completed, we do a walk around to ensure job satisfaction. Then, and only then, we handle the payment via cash, credit card, check or PayPal. Once the process is complete, we ask the customer to review our work on Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am First Aid/CPR, Aerial Rescue and Line Clearance Certified. I have completed over 100 hours of Arborist Climbing/Rigging training courses.
