Introduction: People are different. What motivates them, what their strengths, weaknesses are, etc. I've spent the past decade analyzing what gets people to their goals and what works best for each person's success. I have become an expert at creating programs and implementing them to match the individual so they get what they expect. Results. The people I train enjoying the workouts, the experience and the effects of what their hard work and sweat is giving them. I have 2 goals for every young athlete. 1- To empower them. To create a confidence that will drive them to improve, even if no one else is there to push them. 2- To help them create a routine as if fitness is simply a part of their lifestyle and develop their ability to stay disciplined, dedicated to their objectives.

Excellent trainer/motivator. I've been working with Matt for over three years and really enjoy his entheuasm and creativity with the workouts. He pushes us, in a jovial way, to become the best we can. I highly reccomend his boot camps.

I've been working out with Matt in a small-class setting thee to five times per week for two years and plan to continue as long as the class is offered. Matt is very good at finding the things that motivate each individual student, and the classes are small enough that you get plenty of personal attention. He's also very good at mixing up the workouts and keeping them fresh. This is the longest I've consistently stuck with any workout program, and I credit Matt with that.

I have been working with Matt's boot camp for over a year. His enthusiasm, energy and results keep me coming back three early mornings a week. I have never been stronger. I like the way Matt mixes up the workouts to keep them fresh and to maximize the benefit to our bodies. I will continue to be a part of his class as long as he offers it.
