We start by learning exactly what the customer wants and what their property needs. Communication and reliability are important to us, so we keep the process simple and straightforward from start to finish. Our typical process includes the initial contact. We discuss the project details, goals, budget, and timeline through Thumbtack, phone, or text. We schedule a visit or review photos to evaluate the scope of work and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we confirm scheduling, materials, and the exact work to be completed so expectations are clear. We arrive on time, complete the work efficiently, and treat the property with care and respect. Before finishing, we review the completed work with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any questions. We focus on quality work, honest communication, and making the entire experience stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The quality of work and knowledge we provide is accumulation of years of performance doing all types of landscape work and additional degrees in design, including master CAD drafting and landscape design certificates from Emory. The biggest contribution has been learning from my father since childhood all his techniques and sharing of knowledge about all things landscape. Growing up my fondest memory was building four different large koi ponds on our property. I remember going in with a large fish net to save the hundreds of koi we had in our pond in order to transfer to a large temporary tub. Spending hours cleaning the pond. A lot of technology has been innovated into more modern pond construction from bio organic filtration to uv lights that help keep pond water clear and healthy for fish and aquatic plants.
