Introduction: I have been a photographer for ten years. One of the most important lessons I've learned during this time is what it takes to create a high-quality representation of a home, property, and/or commercial building my clients envisioned. This area of photography is not only where I excel as a photographer, but it is also the area I most enjoy. As your partner when it comes to presenting your home, I love to and will get results whether it's planning, coordinating or executing the vision of the estate/property. If I am capturing the beauty of a home, I am not only doing what comes naturally to me, I am also doing what I most enjoy. My goal is to align my photography work with your desire to sell your home. As your real estate photographer, I will actively be involved in the planning, execution and closing related photography activities of selling your home/property. I do not take photos and then disappear! I look to be involved with the satisfaction of my clients who want to excel in both closing success and portraying the beauty of potential new homes from beginning to finish. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Did you know that photographing during a certain time of day has a dramatic effect on your photo? For instance, when taking photos during a certain time in the afternoon, actually creates a hard light, thus casting deep shadows with hard edges in the photo. There are better times during the day to photograph. It’s more beneficial to photograph homes at either end of the day, shortly after the sun has risen and/or just before the sun sets.
