- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are done in good faith. We try to do 90% of our estimating onsite. That's the best way. We offer a 10% Veterans discount and we guarantee all our work for 3 Years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Get some general information either over the phone or via text. 2. Generally we'll meet in person to get any job details that are needed. We'll then proceed to work up an estimate. Sometimes we can do the estimate remotely without a meeting if preferred. In-person meetings are best. 3. Once you approve the estimate we proceed to collect a small deposit and put the job on the schedule. 4. We show up on time, professionally, and do our best to do a perfect job for you that you can brag to friends and family about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the asphalt paving and construction business since 1985 and will stand behind any and all work that we perform. Because of our vast experience, we are also happy to evaluate previously installed asphalt.
