- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If traveling to an event outside of the metro-Atlanta area then a fuel surcharge will apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made, I generally like to meet with the customer to check out the location of the event to get a visual of how my setup will be. The event location will need access to WIFI and power (at least one electrical outlet). After both parties are in agreement on the booking then I require a $100 deposit. Refundable up to 5 days before the event.
