- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been cooking since I was 14. Our childhood home backyard had a strawberry patch, apple tree, plum tree and apricot tree. Watching my mother create meals from fresh fruit in the garden was amazing and delicious! Summers spent in SC we would pick fresh vegetables from my grandpas garden, scaling fresh fish in the kitchen with grandma during our summer visits. These moments created a love for food ,and service that no class can teach.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings. Baby Showers, Corporate lunches, Birthday parties but we accommodate all events and occasions!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I'm proud of all my events!
