- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we first come out we want to make sure you know what your problem is before you have to pay anything. A free inspection and estimate is the best way to do that, to help give you some insight on what something can cost to get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first want to come out and see the problem, and we want you to meet us to help explain the process in person. Once we come out we walk to you though the install process and answer any questions you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our inspectors have training with GAF manufacturing to make sure we can do our jobs correctly and make sure we are up to date on all products. Our Gutter installers are all Senox Verified and have a combined experience of over 35yrs.
