Mr. Duffey was very helpful in resolving my issue. He was able to fix my roofing issue and provided me with pictures of the work done. His team assess my roof for other issues and provided me with pictures of the finished job.

Roof was leaking. Had a few estimates stating it was the entire roof needing replacement. Shingle Pro came and assessed the situation finding that it was the Flashing and some wind blown shingles causing the leak. They repaired the roof the same day for a fraction of the cost of others estimates. Because Mr. Duffy was honest and able to assess the problem correctly we saved a lot of money.

Brian of Shingle Pro came by the same day I called, gave me a reasonable estimate on my roof repair and got the work on the spot. Recommended other improvements that were needed (I already knew about them) and came in lower than his competitors. Saved me hundreds of dollars! Will definitely be utilizing his services again!

They were very courteous and stayed in contact with us until the job was complete. My only complaint is I didn't receive a physical receipt, but I have the cashed check so I'll have to settle for that

Please stay away from this guy. He was a rip off. He filed a false claim to our insurance company, he didn't even go up on the roof to see it. He took our deposit money and never showed up to do the job. We should have done our homework on this guy before we hired him but not much info was available. Eventually we found out that he did this before.

This review is completely bogus. I went to the property and did the initial inspection to determine if the roof qualified for filing an insurance claim. The insurance company denied the roof even though it was an Atlas Chalet shingle. We then agreed on a price for complete replacement. The homeowner was in a hurry to get it installed due the pending sale of the property. We had a scheduled install date, but rain kept us from doing so. He insisted on rescheduling for Sunday and yet again the weather did not cooperate. Our contract stipulates that weather is a legitimate reason for delay. Out of frustration, he then canceled the contract and also became responsible for the total contract amount, therefore not receiving a refund per our contract.
