Derek with Georgia Master Plumbing was absoluty exceptional! We discovered that our water heater was leaking early on a saturday morning. Derek responded to our request for help immediately, provided an impressive quote with a high quality water heater included, and answered a ton of helpful questions throughout the course of the weekend. He offered to come out immediately but his supplier was closed until Monday. We priced comparable water heaters at our local home supply store and Derek's price for what he offered just coulsnr be matched. We set up an appointment with him for Monday evening and he helped us to find a temporary solution in the meantime. Derek arrive on time on the day of our appointment. He was courteous, knowledgable, and quick! He installed our new (and improved!) water heater and removed and hauled away the old one in no time. We will definitely use Georgia Master Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs that arise and will tell others to do the same!

Fantastic! Hire this guy!! He fit us in on a Saturday, with no extra upcharge. Turned out to be an easy replacement. What would have taken us hours was worth the reasonable fee! I don't want to HAVE to use him again, but if plumbing issues come up, we will be calling Derek again!!

Derek was awesome! I barely even heard him. I was able to put the baby down for a nap and everything. He was on time to the exact minute, which was so much better than having to deal with a four hour window with other plumbers. He was very kind, helpful, and professional. My dad even asked for his services at his house the next day. I'll definitely be calling him again if I ever have any plumbing needs! Thanks Derek!
