Derek with Georgia Master Plumbing was absoluty exceptional! We discovered that our water heater was leaking early on a saturday morning. Derek responded to our request for help immediately, provided an impressive quote with a high quality water heater included, and answered a ton of helpful questions throughout the course of the weekend. He offered to come out immediately but his supplier was closed until Monday. We priced comparable water heaters at our local home supply store and Derek's price for what he offered just coulsnr be matched. We set up an appointment with him for Monday evening and he helped us to find a temporary solution in the meantime. Derek arrive on time on the day of our appointment. He was courteous, knowledgable, and quick! He installed our new (and improved!) water heater and removed and hauled away the old one in no time. We will definitely use Georgia Master Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs that arise and will tell others to do the same!

Derek was clear and informative with his communication prior to and during the installation of our water heater. He competed the job with exceptional professional and was kind to myself and my family. He explained the installation and detailed recommendations for maintaining the water heater. This was a job that I was concerned about, but Derek was outstanding and I've already recommended him to my next door neighbor in the market for a new water heater. I will be calling him back for any additional plumbing needs that arise!
