This had the potential to be a five star job. Initially Jose was very prompt and proffessional to deal with. He came an began work on an efficiency apartment for us (small job). We don't usually pay before a job's completion. Again we have found that to be a bad practice. Jose collected a significant draw on a mornings labor. Several weeks later when the water line was installed and the site was ready for plumbing completion he would not return calls. Tried to reach him repeatedly for two weeks, was told the owner, his brother would contact us. Never did. Now we are back to square one on a job that should have been completed a month ago.

I don't have a complicated system I charge by the hour plus materials and equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do continue education every year I have a 10 hour class and I renew my license every other year
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this kind of work because one of my friends was doing it at the time and he got me a job as a helper so once I started doing it I really like it.
