In the summer of 2014, I observed and made a video of bats flying out of the soffitt of my Athens home. I had lost count at about 35. I had received two outrageous estimates for exclusion from other companies. When I called Southern Wildlife Management, a live person, Verron answered the phone. Verron spent much time on the phone with me and explained the process in detail including what I had already discovered on my own, which was that I would have to live with my winged friends for a while longer since it was maternity season. One of the previous estimates, tried to convince me that he was "licensed" to remove the bats immediately. That could have left me liable for state fines! As the bats were not inside my attic and were not harming anything or anyone, I waited until it was safe to have the entrance to their new found home, sealed up. Verron sent me a two man team. They were both professional and friendly and explained everything they would be doing and when they would be back. The bats were not harmed and my house was sealed all with excellent customer service, professionalism and a fraction of the cost of the first two estimates! I recently contacted them through their Facebook page with concerns about a very large serpent raiding a duck's nest in my backyard tree. Within minutes, I had a response. I would highly recommend Southern Wildlife Management for all your unwanted critter needs!

We contacted SWM for a persistent flying squirrel problem, and Bruce and Chad came out quickly. They were able to pinpoint where they were getting in and immediately set live traps to capture them. These guys are very personable, knowledgeable, and professional...we actually learned a lot from them that none of the other pest control companies knew. Verron is always a pleasure to speak with on the phone, and I love that this is a family business that will stay that way. I really have no complaints about these guys, and highly recommend them. We will be using them for our whole home exclusion service later in the year, and while it's a bit expensive (as are all exclusions) I feel these guys offer the most thorough and professional work for the money.

We highly recommend you use Southern Wildlife Management for your animal removal needs. Each person we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and timely. We had more than 50+ bats living in our attic space. Apparently for several weeks in the summer, female bats gather to have their babies and they legally not to be disturbed. We were quickly approaching this timeline and Southern Wildlife Management contacted the agency to receive special permission to install one-way doors on three of our eves. The bats were unharmed during this process. A few weeks later the team checked the attic to ensure all the bats were gone and installed permanent screens on our eves to ensure the openings were secure. We were happy we called Southern Wildlife Management to properly remove the animals.

The boys came out and took care of a hornets nest hat was in our bedroom ceiling. They were terrific. They were efficient, clean, and effective. I would not hesitate to use them again.
