We had a great experience with SWM - they were professional, prompt, and kind. We appreciated their humane treatment of the flying squirrels living in our attic and the attention to detail they took in the exclusion work (home is secure, neat work, no damage to the yard or outer part of the house) after everyone was re-homed. Thank you!May 25, 2015
After being told I had Honey Bees and it would cost $1,200 by a competitor, Southwest Wildlife came to my home and told me they weren't Honey Bees and it would cost $450. A lot of rep off companies in this business but Southwest Wildlife didn't seem like one of them.May 24, 2015
Thanks for removing 13 foxes last year and two very smart ones this year! We will probably be calling your again next year as we know you stick with the work until it's done and the price is right. You also humanely remove them and rehab them which is important to us. Keep up the good work!May 23, 2015
These guys did a great job at a reasonable price getting rid of a hornet problem! I have recommended them to several friends and acquaintances!May 21, 2015
Excellent customer service both on and off the job site! Big thanks for gathering our critters in the garage.May 21, 2015
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The trapping is a flat rate fee so there are no surprises. But to seal up a home we have to get all over the property to determine what needs to be sealed and work up the quote. No two houses are alike so no two quotes are alike.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes often. But the animals keeps us on our toes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always had some involvement with wildlife, my entire life. And so did my husband so it was a natural progression for us to dedicate our lives to it.
