- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly, monthly and per project rates. I am willing to work with a client to get the job done correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first need to take a look at your current file and asses what needs to be done to get it current. Then I take a look at your bank statements to see how many transactions you roughly have a month. This will help to compile a more accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with every version of QuickBooks for over 10 years. I regularly take tutorials and review updates when they come out.
