Kate has been a godsend for my small business. I have an S Corp, and when I need to get my affairs in order, I can email Kate and she responds quickly and is available at a moments notice. We have been working with Kate for about eight years now. She began coming into our office to reconcile our accounts, but then she relocated and has been working remotely. I couldn’t be happier! She’s very competent and knowledgeable, she’s responds quickly to my many questions, she reconciles at the beginning of each month, and is reasonably priced. She also communicates back-and-forth with our CPA and tax attorney to help with our corporate tax filings. I would highly recommend her, she is helpful, pleasant and trustworthy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly, monthly and per project rates. I am willing to work with a client to get the job done correctly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first need to take a look at your current file and asses what needs to be done to get it current. Then I take a look at your bank statements to see how many transactions you roughly have a month. This will help to compile a more accurate price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with every version of QuickBooks for over 10 years. I regularly take tutorials and review updates when they come out.
