- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a pay it forward referral program where not only does a current client gets a discount a discount is also given to our future client/s.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer, either in person or by phone and assessing what their needs are. Assess the customer's needs and goals. Work a sustainable plan for them and their company. Through the entire process I like to educate my customers with insights of what works for their company and what does not, focusing and maximizing their bottom line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years of experience with a large array of customer basis. Experience with small start ups to large multi-million dollar companies and government agencies.
