- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After leaving the work force and venturing out on my own ”Ground Floor Opportunity” is what I consider my pricing at this time. Also, no additional charges for first one to two rounds of moderate changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client reviews my work and likes my style and feel I can convey his/her idea effectively, I ask them a series of creative brief questions to make sure I understand their vision. We then bounce ideas off of each other and let the magic begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Atlanta, and have worked for several Fortune 500 companies in their Advertising and Graphics departments, including JC Penny and The Home Depot.
