I have been working with Chuck for about 2 years now. I have lost 25 lbs, worked through two major surgeries and feeling stronger and looking more fit everyday. Not bad for a 75 year old woman.He knows his stuff for sure and is encouraging enough for me to keep going forward and getting fitter. Highly recommend him to anyone, any age!

Focused on symmetrical strength building. Chuck is a knowledgeable professional who can answer all of the questions that I have about my progress and issues that pop-up either in training or during in recovery. Chuck pushes you to work harder, while also letting you work at your own pace. Easy to access facilities with ample parking.

I was looking for a strength training home in Jan 2022 that was supportive, pushed what I thought my limits were (but knew I could probably do a little more), was fun and with a trainer and people I genuinely liked. I know, a high bar, right?! Well, Ive found it here!!Ive been training with Chuck for the last year and have not been this happy with a strength training programEVER! Im also a runner and had an IT-band issue flare in the fall, causing me to defer my planned fall marathon. Chuck worked with me and my physical therapist to strengthen specific muscles to make sure I was ready for my spring marathon. After a year of focused strength training and injury recovery, I just finished my spring marathon (my 7th marathon), WITH A 48 MIN PERSONAL RECORD!
