FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price for clear outcomes and a smooth experience. Every quote shows exactly what is included so there are no surprises. First-time customers are eligible for a one-time discount on their first service. Headshots and real estate start with simple packages. Events and product work are quoted to scope. A small booking retainer reserves your date and is applied to your total. Rush delivery is available. Studio rental, travel outside my core ATL radius, and add-ons like extra retouches, drone, floor plans, or a short social reel appear as separate line items. I am happy to bundle services when it saves you time or money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple and organized. Quick call or message to confirm goals, date, location, and must-haves. A quote with clear options and any helpful add-ons. Secure booking link with retainer and confirmation. Session guide so everyone knows what to expect. Shoot day with guided posing and a compact on-site setup. Proofs same or next day. Finals in 4 to 7 days delivered by a private gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than a decade of hands-on shooting for professionals, small businesses, civic groups, and real estate clients around Atlanta. I keep current with lighting workshops and manufacturer trainings, and I work on calibrated gear so color and skin tones stay consistent. I carry insurance, provide a COI on request, and bring backup equipment to every job.
